1) Check availability.
The first step is to check availability by either giving us a call, emailing us at info@djandlights.com or by filling out the contact form to the right to make sure your date is available. 

​​2) Reseve your date.
Once you receive a confirmation back confirming your event date is available, you may reserve your event date with a $200 non-refundable reservation deposit.

3) Receive your event planner packet and custom online playlist builder webpage.
The event planner packet will be given upon receiving your reservation deposit. This covers all your special preferences and songs to play throughout your special event. For weddings, the planner will cover everything from the lineup and tracks to be played for your grand introduction to the first dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss, party dances, preferences, etc. 

You are also emailed a link to your own personalized online playlist builder web page right after receiving your reservation deposit. The link we email you will be your key to your online playlist builder web page which stays active all the way up until 3 days before your special event. Add all your favorite tracks, the must plays!

We will have our final review meeting a couple weeks before your special event to review and discuss all final details to make everything perfect.
